Hotel is very central. Rooms were lovely and clean. Reservations staff could not be more helpfull. Night porter's were very polite even when we staggered in the door. And the brekki was very very tasty.

Hotel Guest on 3-Feb-2010:

gorgeous hotel, few minutes walk to the o2 arena which was the reason we stayed there, few minutes walk to the city centre, spotlessly cleaned, brilliant value, definitely stay there again, will recommend it.

Excellent hotel in a great position
Hotel Guest on 27-Jan-2010:
Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Top marks to hotel for putting up signs alerting visitors to a strike at the airport so that we could sort out return flights
Hotel Guest on 27-Jan-2010:
Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, good position and friendly staff.
Hotel Guest on 26-Jan-2010:
Nice rooms, although very chilly, nice staff, breakfast is superb, but the nearby trains and buses are pretty noisy at night. I would still recommend it, due to its great location.
Hotel Guest on 25-Jan-2010:
The water was not hot for a shower or a bath so we just made do with what we had.The free shuttle bus to the airport is excellent we saved a lot of money here eg bus €7 and taxi €30-€40.
Hotel Guest on 25-Jan-2010:
Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert! Gute Einrichtung, gründliches tägliches clean-up, Mitarbeiter am Counter hilfsbereit.

Great Hotel, Great Location, We are a couple that went to Dublin for the weekend and have been many times before. I will be returning to this hotel again for the great value for money. We stayed in the old part of the hotel and found the rooms to be alot better than the new part.
Michael Buck on 23-Jan-2010:

Hotel Guest on 20-Jan-2010:
Our stay at Hotel Isaacs was really good. A lovely hotel in the centre of Dublin. The room was lovely, it was small but cosy. The website did say that there was an iron provided in the room though and there wasnt but not a big deal in the grand scheme of things! Would definitely recommend.
Hotel Guest on 18-Jan-2010:
The room was pleasant and clean, lovely restaurant, helpful staff, great location and the free transport to the airport was a definited bonus! I would recommend this hotel.
Hotel Guest on 16-Jan-2010:
very warm and clean little hotel, perfectly located in the city center.the room was well equipped but not so spacous.a little noisy some times due to the close central bus station.a good value for money
Hotel Guest on 15-Jan-2010:
The hotel was perfect in regards to room and location. It was warm, cosy and very clean except for the dining room/restaurant. The temperatures outside were -4/-5 outside and unfortunately so was the restaurant. The food was superb, pity about the cold.
Hotel's Response:
Hi Geraldine. Thanks for taking the time to reply. We are glad you liked the hotel. The hotel is normally really warm everywhere including the restaurant and I don't actually know what happened to the heating in the restaurant during your stay but I hope it didn't upset you too much and that you will come back to stay with us again.
Jennifer Simon on 15-Jan-2010:
The room was vey spacious and there was a great shower in the bathroom. I hate to have to jump about to get wet, but no problems here. The TV reception was not great. I like to hear the news first thing in the morning. the hotel was right across from the bus station and all the city centre shopping and bars were all within walking distance. pity our weather was not better for walking but this encouraged us to use our hop on hop off bus pass.

Nicola Jane Altera on 7-Jan-2010:
I found one thing a bit odd: the contrast between the modern bathroom/beds, and some pieces of furniture which look oldish and cheapish. That's all. A very minor issue! I had a lovely stay, staff were extremely nice (especially reception staff and Gianni the waiter), helpful and prompt in dealing with my requests. I asked for a quiet room, I got it (no noise at all; other rooms must be noisier because in corridors where people have to walk by - and floors creak a bit). I needed the ironing board, they brought it at once. Beds were super confortable, bathroom modern and spotless... I would definitely stay there again!
Ron Rodwell on 7-Jan-2010:
Our room could have done with a bit of a refurb but it was clean and the hotel is in an excellent location, staff very nice and helpful. Didn't use the restaurant but the bar is very nicely decorated and welcoming. All in all excellent for the price, much better than we expected from previous stays in Dublin.
Kai-Eric Scholz on 7-Jan-2010:
Rooms facing the square/street are quite noisy and cold air comes through the window. But overall I was satisfied with the hotel and of course the value!
Cathy Donnelly on 5-Jan-2010:

Gareth Boyes on 24-Dec-2009:

IT IS A GOOD FRIENDLY HOTEL DOWNTOWN AND EASY TO GET TO ANY PLACE
Hotel Guest on 22-Dec-2009:
Stayed two nights in Georgian suite in Dec '09 for gig in O2 & some Christmas shopping. The location is perfect for both with the Luas outside the door direct to the 02 & 5 minutes walk to all the shops. The room was very nice, clean & spacious. I was considering taking my elderly mum to stay here but the layout of the hotel is very poor. The corridor & lift systems are very complicated. (we would come down some stairs & out the side door & go outside to the front of the building to get back to reception, rather than do the navigate our way around the lifts & corridors, not for the elderly.) We did hear the noise from the bar below the hotel as we made our way to our room but it wasn't a problem in the Georgian wing. We have stayed in the main hotel before & the bar is very noisy. Dinner was poor but breakfast was very good. The service is excellent. I would stay here again for the fantastic location & price.
Hotel Guest on 21-Dec-2009:
el desayuno muy equilibrado ya que además de las salchichas y demás del desayuno irlandés, se incluyen zumos, frutas, yogurt, cereales, etc...
Kenneth Rodgers on 18-Dec-2009:
Exceeded my expectations as I had paid so little for my stay, room and staff were very nice, Luas stops just outside the door.
Hotel Guest on 18-Dec-2009:
Perfekt! *Netter Kontakt, *unkomplizierte Abwicklung *Frühstück TOP!!! *TV könnte besser sein *Personal super nett und hilfsbereit *Zimmer und Bad sauber
Hotel Guest on 18-Dec-2009:
The room was small.
Hotel Guest on 17-Dec-2009:
The Hotel staff were extremely helpful and efficient, thanks to all. The room we had was a reasonable size for a twin, and the bathroom clean. If I had to say something negative it would be that you could hear footsteps upstairs (creaky floors!), but this really is insignificant in the greater scheme of things! We walked to Temple Bar, a good way to "earn" that Irish breakfast or to justify those lovely scones! I would recommend Hotel Isaacs to friends and family and those that want to be away from the noisy party goers, but not too far! (Please feel free to use my first name if you'd like to publish this ie. ANNA FROM ITALY)

Hotel Guest on 1-Dec-2009:
Hotel Isaacs is one of the most ideal places to stay in Dublinl, directly opposite Busáras The staff in the hotel were all very polite and helpful. The restaraunt and bar are very inviting and full of good atmosphere. The room we stayed in was a bit on the small side, it was fine just for one night but any more time would have been difficult for such a small space. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
Lisa Karip on 1-Dec-2009:
This was a lovely hotel. We booked early and got a very good deal. The hotel itself is in a great location and well within walking distance to all of Dublins attractions. The hotel was immaculately clean, the rooms well furnished and although a little smaller than anticipated were more than adeqate, clean well kept. The public areas of the hotel are comfortable and the staff very welcoming, helpful and informative. Restaurant was great and relatively good value compared with the rest of Dublin. Overall my husband and I had a great stay and would definately go back to Hotel Isaacs again and have no hesitation in recommending it to all.
Hotel Guest on 30-Nov-2009:
Everything was brilliant about this hotel but the heat in the room was unreal. Couldn't open a window because of the noise outside.
Hotel Guest on 29-Nov-2009:
Very well located in terms of coming from and going to the Airport, taking DART, going to City center. Quality of the rooms is comparable with the traditional business hotels
